Or, if it's possible, to make adventurers free as long as they are 
adventurers, and only make them count once they become a knight. So if 
you have two nobles and an advy, and the advy is knighted you have your 
maximum of three nobles. If you have three nobles and an advy your advy 
cannot be knighted until you get rid of one of your nobles.
