[Discuss] Bring back freebie adventurers

I would like to see freebie adventurers come back. I had a lot of fun with
Grekk, my addy, until he was killed in a duel against Seth Persio (boo,
hiss). The thing is, I wouldn't replace a full noble with an adventurer, and
it seems as though many other people feel the same way.

Presumably the worry is that free adventurers are going to result in
everyone having extra characters to play eventually, but this could be
mitigated by making all adventurers automatically become heroes and killable
;)

Until your 'extra' noble is killed you can't make another adventurer.
Thoughts? It would result in more adventurers, more heroes, and presumably
more fighting...
