Yes.  Absolutely and unequivocally, yes.

I agree with Vinnie that some form of roleplay police will be  
necessary.  I have some ideas about how I think that could (and  
should) work, which I'll try and write up more clearly later.

I also think that this rule making Dwilight mostly rogue would be  
*AWESOME!*  I remember what it was like on BT after the invasion, and  
I can't think of a better feeling in BattleMaster than knowing that  
it might actually be possible to start your own realm, strike out on  
your own into uncharted land and carve out a piece of land for  
yourself.  The feeling of living on a frontier is a *lot* of fun.
