Sure, but Dwilight is a bit "risky" in that regard. It's an very large 
island that needs a lot of characters just to get even half of the 
island working from game mechanics stand point(estates etc.). If you go 
overboard with the ideas you'll have an island that's half full and half 
of it unusable due to lack of characters.
