Yes, but that should be the goal from the beginning, so we don't get
restrictions in the first place.

I still don't get why we need inalienable rights, for example. All of
those things can either be enforced by code, or if they can't, they're
not worth to have inalienable rights for, because they cause too much
discussion. All we really need is something that states "relax with
new players".
