I have now added code that reduces the quality of your estate when you 
switch its type. It will take about 3 days to reach full efficiency 
again, starting at about 50%. So if you're one of those flip-flop 
nobles, you'll find the efficiency of your region "management" suddenly 
halved. Oops. No sorry. Go and get yourself a few knights.
