[Discuss] Unique Items

Hi,

I'm having heaps of fun with the unique items, I love writing background 
stories for them and writing RPs to go with them.  I've had a lot of fun 
with the unique items my nobles have been able to get.

The only thing is, they deteriorate so fast and are hard to have 
repaired.  I think its a good idea to have them deteriorate, so that the 
same people don't hold them indefinitely... but if they could last a 
little longer, just to give more time to RP around them and complete the 
RPs before they're completely gone.  The book I got at 100% condition 
only lasted about 2 months before I lost it (I gave it to an adventurer 
at 30% condition, I probably should've given it sooner).
