[Discuss] Renaming

The flag idea is interesting, although it won't of course eliminate the
problem that sometimes there will be a lot of people on both sides (either
wanting the name changed or thinking it's fine) but I don't think any
strategy that doesn't include Tom choosing a name for you in someway will
prevent that.

I'd like to hear Tom's opinion on the flagging idea (unless he said it
before and I missed it, in case if someone could link me to it I would
appreciate it).
