Sheesh you weren't kidding, Tom.  I wanted to improve my advy stats and
to go from 17% to 18% is going to cost 1 gold.  Wow... I just sold and
item for 9 gold and blew 8 of it just getting both stats to 17%...

Does the cost vary from region to region? It's going to cost my advy 
1gold, 1 silver to go from 10% to 11%, nevermind 17%.
