In Outer Tilog our General is the Marshal.  We've only got like
low-thirties for TOTAL people in the realm, pretty much anyone who
pipes up can have a go at a position, thats why I'm ruler, after being
general.

You'd be surprised how little aspiration there can be for positions,
however.  I see a lot of push for judge and ruler all the time, less
so for general, and often least for banker.  Some people just don't
want to do it, and in realms like OT where there's few people, and its
colonies to boot, that is especially true.
