The first few times I bought something it stayed at 5%, but it started
going up after I bought more.  I have a lot of gold to waste....

By the way, this was on Beluaterra/Sint/City of Firbalt.

Okay, this is totally odd... I was buying improvements for Escent's
combat but the percentage was going up for his adventuring...  Can
someone else confirm this too?  I can't see how it would be bugged for
only one character and not everyone else...
