There is no "Buying" option for me under Items.  I'm on the EC in a
townsland region.  Any ideas why I can't buy something - do you need to
be in a city or something?  Or do I need to stick this one on the
bugtracker?

Hmm... that's odd.  It is under the catagory of "Items" and then there
is a link for "buying".  My advy is on Dwlight at the moment so maybe
just something on that island?
