[Discuss] [Feature request] Kings as Dukes/Lords

I was wondering if being able to hold multiple region titles is even 
possible to code for BattleMaster. And it could end up being quite 
interesting. Also I'd say that taxes from Imperial Regions without lords 
would go straight to the ruler of the realm, unless we instead allow for 
rulers to be region lords as well.
