[Discuss] Adventure (sage making items)

Not sure if it is just me or something has changed, but I've had 6 straight
times now where my adventurer met a sage and gave him the items to make a
unique item and he broke one of the items. Does this happen a lot? Sorry if
I'm just complaining.
