[Discuss] Weird co-incidence

For some reason, four accounts with characters on FEI have been locked by 
the Gamemasters. The odd thing is, one character from each of the four 
accounts is currently sitting in Obtal, in Sartania.

Is this just some huge co-incidence, or is there something that happened in 
that region we should know about?
