[Discuss] region pages on the Wiki and why I hate them

Except that it doesn't work that way. BattleMaster will only show you 
an IG region page if you are currently logged in to *that island* 
with a character. You can test it yourself by logging out from all 
your characters and then hitting that link. You'll get an error. Then 
log into whatever island is "World=4" and try it again.

Using these links will only work either when Tom changes the way that 
BattleMaster allows access to IG region pages, or if the person is 
logged in to that island. Widespread use of a linking system that is, 
for all intents and pruposes, broken is not a good idea.
