[Discuss] All realms feudal monarchies?

not quite sure what you mean there.. republics and democracy don't mean 
republics and democracies in the modern sense. they just say who gets to 
vote for what, doesn't it? The new system generates referendum for those 
things (if government is set up that way) so essentially nothing's 
changed.. aside from votes being automatically reset with the new 
system.. because incumbents and interested parties have to announce they 
are standing

afaik that is.
