I do not have an authority over them. But I should have an authority over
what happens in my own region. I would like the freedom to play a paranoid
someone who does not let visitors in.
For example, I would not order a visitor not to be a priest, but I would
order my visitors not to preach while in my region.
Also, don't you expect us to behave a certain way while we're playing in
your house even though you are not above us in any hierarchy?

Not sure. However, I'd rather have that be decided by the characters in the
game, and not the game itself. I want to see the consequences of offending
a ruler by sending him orders that are out of line. That would be fun.
