[Discuss] Peasants and Production

You know all this trouble with region control on BT got me thinking, there
really aren't many ways to brutally oppress the peasants into cooperation
are there? I mean there are some ways to maintaion region
control, such as hanging rebels, but the peasants might still, kick out
their lord, or revolt, and they aren't productive at all if they don't live
in candyland. I mean how can you beat them into submission and get something
useful out of them? Where's the enslave option? Sure it might not be as good
as candyland but you should be able to get *something.*
