A ban for a character name is always an OOC ban.

In-character, you aren't responsible for your name, are you? It was 
given to you by your parents.

"ownage ownr" is perfectly medieval? These dudes need to stop the drug 
abuse. At the very least a medieval noble would have known the 
advantages of capitalisation, especially in english where capital 
letters indicate a name.
