[Discuss] Guild maintenance

Some time has passed since this was brought up the last time ... so I 
want to do it once again:

Maintaining guilds is really a pain.
The monthly fees/grants are still not working so that members can't be 
forced to 'donate' some gold towards their guild. But on the other hand 
the normal maintenance costs but also the taxes from the lords take a 
lot of gold from the treasuries each week/month. The result is that the 
members have put enormous amounts of gold into the treasuries, placing 
the guild in debt towards them.

In my, rather small guild (6 houses and currently 18 members, 12 of them 
full ones) which is not interested in finances at all, I have to beg for 
donations almost every second week, while the current members have 
already around 1500 gold put into the treasuries ... which are almost 
completely empty all the time.

Please, find a solution for this or activate the monthly fees/grants.
