[Discuss] OCC bans

Today in Sirion there was a discussion about the responsability of the 
ruler.
In cases of an inapropriate name.

The name 'ownage ownr' was banned bu the judge today for the reason of 
not following orders.

Some people protested the ruler, for they see it as the responsability 
of the ruler to ban people with such names.

Other state that it is perfecly medieval to have such names because the 
EC is not the Far east or dwilight. so not the responsablitiy of the ruler.

My oppinion would be that is is the rulers responsability to OCC ban 
such people.
What would be the 'right' desision?
