Just because things may have been...looser...on the war islands, doesn't 
mean that the players of those characters don't know how to play 
"serious medieval atmosphere".  As I understand it, part of the reason 
that Tom is being so strict about Dwilight is that there is not enough 
medieval atmosphere on *any* island.
