think it sort of works on testing (insofar as there's an entrance on 
bugtracker stating problems...) but it's not on stable yet (not in the 
last taxes anyway.. 1 day ago)

my character in dwilight got his tax in gold... admittedly, he was in 
the city that he is pledged to
