Every seemed to think it was perfectly fine for Fontan, a democracy, to
spawn the SOA, a monarchy.  Why should I believe there is any difference for
Madina, a republic, to spawn a monarchy.  Which brings me to the question of
RP wise how is a friendly, planned secession any different from a colony?
What is to say that Melodia and Grand Duchy of Fissoa , both of which were
planned friendly secessions from Madina any different than Caerwyn or Avenel
(Madina Colony)?  Both of the secessions had alot more help from the parent
realm than either of the colonies did.
