Peaceful secessions are legal, and therefore not a workaround of game
mechanics.

Sorry, that comment was more aimed at the message from Tom Skibo, who's
message I had read while I was replying to yours.

I can understand your viewpoint, but I don't agree with it. It's up to Tom to
make the decision as to how it should be.
