the peasents are petitioning you with their problems. The 'court sessions'
in the guideline would be dealing with nobles, but it would not really be a
court of justice. As, maybe this is a later term, I have no idea, the King's
Court reffered
to the nobles who were aronud him all the time (EG, courtiers), and
included things such as balls, feasts, hunting and other rich/noble
social pasttimes.
