Absolutely not.  In fact, I think that is a great idea (and it has already
been encouraged in the past).  One realm I have a character in, Irombrozia,
actually has laws enforcing correct forms of address (although Irombrozia is
so casual and close-knit that it's more like a group of friends joking).
