If I could add my own here, it would be nice if we gently started encouraging people to write letters with the proper form of address (ex., Your Grace, Duke of X or Dear Nobles of the Realm) - I don't care so much if they are the correct forms or not (though you should try), just make it less like you're in a chat session or shouting into the middle of a room.

I don't think of  letters as a room full of people discussing, I think of them as correspondence. Am I being overly cumbersome with that idea?
