I dont think that is the issue, General and SiC being the same person is
fine. I have an issue with the continue to post orders part, the word
continue implies hes been doing it before. Also the fact that he was
announced as SiC after the Marshal was wounded, why was he not SiC before
that. Why was he not SiC before that, who was the SiC originally.
