Theory: Good

Real life: Not the same. It means I have to monitor those who do the 
monitoring, including what they do. In the end, it's MORE work for me, 
not less.

The Titan system is the only one that works, and only because I accept 
that the Titans make mistakes. That's why I defend them so aggressively. 
Yes, they make mistakes. Live with it.
