This is regarding an incident in Beluaterra, realm Enweil that happened
today where the General of the realm Alex was lightening bolted for this
reason:

*Noble temporarily absent*   *(11 hours ago)*
*Alex Kidd, General of Enweil was hit by a lightning bolt and seriously
wounded. Here is the interpretation of a local priest:
**I will continue to post orders until he recovers.
That's the job of the second-in-command. Go with the marshal system, there
were more than enough nice hints.

*Now regarding the actual messages sent by Alex and in the chronological
order -*

Request from Alex Kidd   (1 day, 3 hours ago)
Message sent to everyone in your realm (48 recipients)
Good job done.

Please move back to Ketampkin to avoid any further casualties. Watch out for
orders from Marshal.*

Now this above message is where Alex says watch out for orders from the
Marshal was because of the new Marshal system so as to not break its rules.

Next, after few minutes -

Thanks for the report, Arthur.

Reports show that the daimons did not lose a big deal after the battle.
Nevertheless, we did reduce their strength and also managed to wound
Praying.

I see that Marshal Slayer is wounded. I will continue to post orders until
he recovers. For now, please return back to regroup.

*This was when Alex realized that Marshal Slayer was wounded in the battle.
So he sent this message (considering the previous message where he asked
everyone to watch out for orders from the Marshal) to say that he will
continue to post orders from where the Marshal left until the Marshal
recovers from his wound.

Now if you observe these events, when Alex posted his orders, it was after
making sure that he was in the right chain to post orders. He was appointed
as the second-in-command, only after which he posted this order.  If the
earlier message he sent under the request flag saying  that he will continue
to post orders until the Marshal returned was misinterpreted to be an order,
I would like to clarify that it was not an order, but only an information to
let the whole realm know that Alex would take over the responsibility until
the Marshal recovered from his wounds because a few minutes before this
message, Alex himself informed the whole realm to watch for orders from the
Marshal. So, he took over as the SIC and then sent this order.

There was no intention here to break the rules of the system. Actually in
reality, I specifically did this so as to stick to the rules of the game
using the option available in-game and to be in the right chain of command
before posting an *order*. Also, Alex was going to be the SIC only until
Marshal Slayer recovered.

Can you please tell if this is still wrong?

Also, another thing I always wanted to find out ever since this new Marshal
system came out was if the same person can hold the position of a General &
Marshal or General & SIC?
I remember that this was not specifically stated in the BM home page when
the new Marshal system was introduced, but I'm curious to know how this
system handles this case. Thanks!
