While I somewhat agree with this, having had the problem myself with
my trader...

...I think this is pretty much intentional. I don't think that Darka
was ever intended to be able to fight in any significant capacity in
RedSpan--let alone Abington.

And I'm quite certain you're not intended to be able to fight in
Giask if your capital is in Darfix.
