We have already changed it, what I'm saying is it's possible for it to 
happen in big realms, where in small realms you simply do not have the 
ability.  1,300 gold in your model would be between 4-5 points a week.  
I was also thinking he had said honour as well, but I'm not sure.  It 
would grow rather quickly.
