Well then why dont make advys the property of noble game mechanically too...
Like nobles have total control over advys..so noble could execute rogue advy
if the advy is his. can hold him in custody... etc etc... give judges
options to noble over his advys... also You could sell Your advy to other
noble...
Ofcourse You wouldnt deal with the advy by Yourself but just order Your
scribe or stewart or something..

Well we dont have advys for all nobles.. then maybe just give them to
lords... new advys would be automatically given to lord in whos region he
starts or something..

just some raw ideas- What You think?
