Best measure I know to see if something is easy(ish) to find. Every web design project I've ever worked on has worked off the principle of how long it takes to navigate- here, 2 clicks.
 
Is a new user looking> for his family page going to think to click on Edit Data? There is no data> to edit on that page. And its hidden behind this link called just "view" in> small type in the upper right hand corner of the page. A lot of people> won't even notice it.> 
No, they'll probably check it off the character (TL, not global) list IC, if they're looking for it. But what do you suggest you change it to?
