You would functionally have almost the same thing if the message page
had a drop-down box allowing you to add recipients to the message:
that way you could write a message to the public message group, and
simply add the additional person. Just populate the drop-down with
the same list that you get when messaging "some of your realm-
mates". It'd be a more useful feature in general, and avoid the
reply-to-all situation.
