So it would seem they've become active on testing.

But they also seem slightly buggy. I tried to join one that one of my  
characters was invited to, and I was in the region that I'm pretty  
sure it was founded in, where it should have a guildhouse, right? But  
it says there is no guildhouse there...

Any ideas?
