I must argue about this.

As I see it, Roleplay messages are for actions, descriptions, physical
interactions. If you send Letters with your character, you SHOULD be
roleplaying him/her. So it isn't the problem with this message.
Otherwise you should be judging it unbefitting of a player. And it
isn't the point.

Letters are always sent from the character point of view. Otherwise
you should use OOC.
