Only on the surface. Under the view of the general public there's a lot
going on with rp and
activity. It's quite exciting really, depending on who wins the little
exchanges going on will greatly effect how the next few
months evolve.

I don't think focusing on the lack of war is a good idea really. If people
are bored the rulers should find a way to help entertain
them, and if the /only/ thing a person finds fun is fighting I'd suggest an FPS.
