[Discuss] Change all gold to bonds option.

Can there be an option to change all your gold to bonds?  It's easy 
enough to do anyway, you just turn some into bonds, then turn some of it 
into gold, enough to make 50 or 100 gold, and then make that into 
bonds.  Or if it's there for a very particular reason, make it so that 
you can only turn multiples of 50 bonds into gold (which would suck for 
new players who get less then 50 gold for taxes).
