I think there's a big difference between a King or council ordering people
not to attend a tournament and the host removing an unruly guest.  I don't
see any problem with this request, and it actually brings another thought to
my mind.

I'd actually like to see a few more parameters added in the tournament
hosting options.  Things like making Duchy/Realm/Alliance/Federation only
tournaments, as well as options to restrict entry to only those between m and
n% in Swordfighting and/or Jousting.  This allows for the creation of a
Tournament of Champions, almost by invite only.
