I agree, I think they should be giving the generic term of Lord, as it says
in their  rank. Like a  duke is ranked a duke, why not call all lords simply
lord instead of baron/baroness. That way you leave open the RP and they can
still call themselves baron, count, marquis as they did before without
having to trump game mechanics.
