I get the strange feeling that the amount of warlike behavior in BM
has been on a downward trend ever since sometime in late-2002/2003.
Because I think the vast majority of people in internet-enabled
countries have started to dislike war more and more since then.

And yes, I don't think the average person can truly RP very far
outside of their own being. I include myself in that. My characters
are all just variations of myself, and I think they've all started to
value large-scale war less and less during the course of the big mess
thats is going on IRL.
