[Discuss] The Different Titles

Could we revert the "everyone is a baron/baroness" change? Really, I 
never saw the different titles cause any confusion.

What the different titles did was add flavour to the game. There was 
something nice about being the only Marquise in a realm. The title alone 
made it something you'd want to be(the added gold doesn't hurt either, 
but hey). It's a shame to see that go away for no good reason.
