what happens if it's impossible to win? eg. capitals can't be taken at 
all.. perhaps can't be entered by enemy either.. perhaps severe morale 
drop if you stay in capital. can even ditch the stuff about reset I suppose.

it's not so much there are no battles because they are having a love in. 
1/2 the time it's like the grand old duke of york.. marching the army 
all the way over, don't see a (probable) winnable battle.. notch up the 
equipment damage and march home to get paid.

seriously.. people might like war, but suicide is usually a different 
matter.
