[Discuss] War Island Change

Yes indeed there are still three realms.  Crazy huh?  

And yes, while it certainly is possible to go around the messaging system and get on some kind of IRC or something else - that is as far as I know frowned upon in this game.  You are supposed to use the in game messaging system to conduct game business, so if you're discussing treaties and what have you outside the game, that is "illegal" in terms of the game.

If all of a sudden we found realms working together, then it would be obvious they are going against the spirit of the game and they can have the Titans deal with them.

Any other ideas on how to make that island an actual war island?

there's.... irc.. there's whatever instant messaging thing.. not to 
mention email! pointless to make messaging system.. eh.. more difficult.

before my character got himself killed in battle. (there are battles) 
the whole landscape changed.... are you telling me there are still 3 
realms? and 1 or 2 of them not getting smaller?

"problems" with treaties.. if I remember what I read correctly is that.. 
treaties made 4 realms into 3. (3 ganging up on 1 or something!) and 
then made it 2 ganging up on 1. sort of - except 1 can't TO certain 
regions because it's earmarked for the other (smaller) realm already.. 
making it exceptionally difficult kill off the 3rd realm.

the island should have been reset by now... but something really strange 
happened - instead of destroying that ganged up realm (which had its 
capital taken apart basically), the big realm fell on the smaller realm 
and now the big realm might be the smallest realm.. (it was!)

If one really wants there to be absolutely no diplomacy... make it a 2 
realm affair! and forbid lords switching sides. It's all very well 
saying it's not about winning... when war island is about winning. or at 
least most people think it's about 1 realm winning... then reset... etc.
