Thank you for making my point for me.

If wiping the entire realm because you feel insulted is an abuse of  
power, **how much more so is wiping out the entire island?**

So you have come up with another option, that you somehow didn't feel  
worth mentioning before: make sure that the people being stupid and  
insulting can't *be* insulting anymore, and continue to play with  
everyone else.

Hey, if they'd insulted me that way, I'd report them to the Titans,  
and they'd be out of power for at least as long as it took to re- 
elect them (which, these days, is ²12 hours).
