[Discuss] Feature Request - Lordship Referendums

Tom,

Can the feature be changed so that only knights and other members of a
duchy can put in their names for the lordship of a lordless region?

So if a region A is part of duchy X, only vassals/knights etc of duchy
X should be able to put their name in for the lordship of region A and
knights of Duchy Y should be able to vote but not put in their names
for the lordship. This has been my biggest issue with the referendums
because it allows my duchy to bleed out knights and bleed in of
knights who are not a part of my duchy and who maybe I have revoked
oaths with.

Imperial regions, I am not sure right now but maybe allow anyone..
