Okay, that is Game Mechanic. What can we as players do that?
As already mentioned, in this case, the realm has lost all but one
region, IS in one war at least.
What more should the players do to not have this issue?

===================

Let's see, there are three regions that have historically in the Assassins. Monster's appeared yesterday in South Bakker. Today these were the announcements...

Monsters!   (8 minutes ago)
Monsters have been seen in the region of North Bakker.
The local population is requesting help and fears that the monsters will eat their food and destroy their houses.

Undead!   (8 minutes ago)
Panic is spreading in Dark Citadel after peasants spread rumours of an undead horde.
The peasants are living in fear and barely dare to leave their homes.

Liberals Alarm   (8 minutes ago)
The peacefulness of your realm is giving the peasants ideas - of personal freedom, liberty, happiness and other nonsense. Independence increases in all regions. A war or two would take their minds off such dangerous ideals.

Now, I'm not saying this is crap, but I'm just saying this is crap. So... on top of the realm being all but destroyed we've added undead and monsters in all three of the historical regions and... yep, you guess apparently the commoners are still not getting enough war and battle. Seriously, the new code is broken in the way it is being implimented and it needs to be adjusted already!

And I would like to point out that if the commoners are cowering in their homes they couldn't really be out in the town square calling for more war...
